50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the condo.
Christmas, Spring Break and Easter 100% deposit required.

Damage Deposit is required when you enter the condo $200 in cash.

Check in is 3pm & Check out is 10am


CANCELLATION POLICY
If Canceling reservation once booked:

60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $50.00 US will be refunded.

30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded.

Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
